High density D sub connectors

High density D sub connectors/dsub/ d sub cable/ Rectangular (HDR) connectors are designed in response to ever-increased demands for miniaturization. The grid spacing of . 100 x . 100 [2.54 x 2.54] provides the greatest density on the market for a connector accommodating a 20 thru 30 AWG.  Have the same size as the Standard Density connector but hold more contacts in its insulator. For a Standard Density 9 position connector the High Density holds 15 positions, for a 15 position Standard Density connector, the High Density holds 26 positions.

 

 

High-Density D-Sub Connectors feature

d sub cable /dsub/High-Density  feature trapeze-shaped metal shells that offer good shielding qualities, are mechanically stable, and prevent misalignment or bending of contacts. These connectors are available in straight and right-angled versions for PCBs and offer a compact design and low mounting flange. It can also be supplied for cable assemblies in the solder or crimp version. The heat-resistant plastics used in the production of FCT Connectors meet UL94V-0 requirements. Due to the higher density of 15, 26, 44, 62, and 78 contacts, these connectors are ideally suited for the most modern applications. This includes data transmission, telecommunications, measurement, regulation, and control devices.
